Counsellor and Psychotherapist

Tom Lewis

Life can be tough at times and we may feel like we’re struggling to keep up. Therapy provides a safe and nurturing space away from the demands of daily life.

Engaging in therapy can be both rewarding and challenging. It entails delving into one’s innermost self, examining relationships, and exploring life experiences to achieve a deeper sense of understanding and awareness. With this increased awareness I believe that everyone has the capacity for change and the ability to lead a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

As a therapist I work with my clients to explore, clarify and process whatever they may be going through in a curious and empathetic manner ensuring they feel heard and valued. It is through this open and accepting relationship that awareness grows and change can take place.

My training is in integrative psychotherapy, which means I draw from various therapeutic models and theories to meet your individual needs.

During initial sessions, we will talk about the reasons you’ve come to therapy, your goals for therapy, and any concerns or questions you may have about the therapeutic process. It’s also a chance for us to become more familiar with each other.

During subsequent sessions, we will engage in an ongoing dialogue about any topic or issue you would like to discuss, exploring, defining, and managing anything you may be encountering, in a secure and compassionate setting.

After a career in retail and brand management I was feeling unfulfilled and my life felt like it lacked purpose. I used therapy to reassess my values, beliefs, and explore what truly mattered to me.

My passion for helping people led me to retrain as a psychotherapist. This enabled me to develop a greater sense of self, improved my ability to relate to others, and create a more meaningful life.

Lets connect.
